Client: A UK software company

The client had won a multi-year contract with the New Zealand government for use of their award winning case management system and were struggling to implement it due to a lack of in-house expertise on large project implementations. Client: A global Fintech startup with operations in 4 countries.

They had previously tried and failed to outsource the implementation of Salesforce previously so wanted help from a project specialist company to focus on cultural as well as technical requirements.
